Before you lodge a complaint
Your complaint needs to be in writing. If you are unsure whether you want to lodge a written complaint, you can call us on 1800 049 153 (toll free in NSW). Find out more about what complaints the Commission deals with .
In some cases another organisation might be better equipped to deal with your concerns. Check whether you should contact another organisation .
If you decide to lodge an online complaint, be sure to have all necessary information ready. The online complaint form must be completed and submitted at one time.
Alternatively, you can download a complaint form or write a letter and send it to the Commission . If you have any questions or require assistance, contact the Inquiry Service on 1800 043 159. You can also lodge your complaint in another language by using a complaint form in your language, or contacting us through TIS National (Translation and Interpreting Service) on 131 450.
