Mr Ian Pile - Conditions placed on his provision of herbal medicine health services
Ian Pile is permanently prohibited from prescribing or providing any herbal medicine in a paid or voluntary capacity to any client without the approval and oversight of the patient’s general practitioner, including the authorisation by that general practitioner of any treatment plan.

Mr Ricardo Marcenaro Vega – Reprimanded, registration cancelled and prohibition order made
The Health Care Complaints Commission prosecuted Mr Ricardo Marcenaro Vega, a registered nurse, before the New South Wales Civil and Administrative Tribunal. The complaint alleged that Mr Marcenaro Vega, who was employed at Nepean Hospital, inappropriately touched an elderly female patient. The complaint also alleged that Mr Marcenaro Vega contacted another nurse and sought to influence the information that she would provide to the Hospital in its investigation of the matter.
