Audio visual information released
The Commission has released eight short information videos explaining what happens with complaints it received. Each video explains a different part of the complaint process. The videos are aimed to enhance both health consumers’ and health providers’ understanding of the Commission’s role and processes.

Exposure draft - National Registration of Health Practitioners Law 2009
In March 2008 the Council of Australian Governments (COAG) agreed to a national registration and accreditation scheme for health professionals. The National Registration and Accreditation Implementation Project (NRAIP) recently released an exposure draft Bill. Submissions closed on Friday, 17 July 2009.
