Make an online complaint

Your complaint must be in writing. If you are unsure whether you want to make a written complaint, call us on 1800 043 159 (toll free in NSW) or find out more about what complaints the Commission deals with and how to make a complaint. In some instances, another organisation may be better equipped to deal with your concerns. Check whether you should contact another organisation.

If you decide to lodge an online complaint through the eComplaints portal, have all necessary information ready. The online complaint form must be completed and submitted at one time.

Alternatively, you can download a complaint form to print and fill out on paper, or the complaint form as a Microsoft Word document to save and complete on your computer or simply write a letter or email to the Commission. If you have any questions or require assistance, contact the Inquiry Service on 1800 043 159.

You can also lodge your complaint in another language using a complaint form in your language, or contact us through TIS National (Translation and Interpreting Service) on 131 450.
