Doctors Health Advisory Service NSW can give doctors and medical students confidential advice. You can call the helpline on 02 9437 6552

Junior Medical Officer Support Line NSW has been developed to provide a specialised, free and confidential support service to all junior medical staff in NSW Health. Phone 1300 566 321.

Nurse and Midwife Support – a 24/7 national support service for nurses and midwives 1800 667 877.

Pharmacists' Support Service aims to provide phone support to pharmacists and pharmacy interns and students – 1300 244 910.

The Clinical Excellence Commission website contains excellent resources for practitioners on Patient Safety, Quality Improvement and Incident Management.

The AHPRA website has information and short videos that may be helpful for registered health practitioners when a complaint has been made about them.

All complaints must be made in writing and we aim to assess complaints within 60 days. Your complaint will be allocated to an assessment officer and we will write to you to explain the outcome of your complaint.
