Today at 1pm - webinar on how to resolve complaints directly

Elisabeth Barry, Resolution Officer at the Commission will talk about ‘Tips on how to resolve health care concerns directly’

Where information is not given, misunderstood, incomplete or inappropriate, people often seek to get the answers to their questions by making a complaint. Elisabeth will talk about how to approach the health service provider directly with a concern or problem, what to think about, who to talk to, what questions to ask and what to do, if the outcome is not satisfactory. You will also have the opportunity to questions.
