Webinar about 'My health information and medical records’
The Health Care Complaints Commission runs bi-monthly webinars on a range of issues that are often raised in complaints using case studies and offering a platform to ask questions. Patients, carers and other patient support persons are invited to join our next webinar on Wednesday, 15 May 2013 at 1.00pm – 1.30pm.

The Commisison receives a lot of inquiries from people who want to access their medical records or have issues with the information contained in their medical records. The webinar will talk through the options people have to access medical records and what they can do, if they encounter problems. You will also have the opportunity to questions.
