HCCC Annual Reports are tabled in the NSW Parliament. Annual Reports are available here.
The Joint Parliamentary Committee on the Health Care Complaints Commission (‘the Committee’) conducts regular inquiries as part of its reviews of the HCCC’s Annual Reports and provides formal reports to the Parliament on such reviews. From time to time, the Committee also conduct inquiries on matters of interest that may relate to the HCCC’s jurisdiction.

All complaints must be made in writing and we aim to assess complaints within 60 days. Your complaint will be allocated to an assessment officer and we will write to you to explain the outcome of your complaint.
