Customer Engagement Framework and Strategies

A Customer Engagement Framework has been developed to guide the Commission’s approach to improved engagement with our stakeholders.

The framework and strategies pursued under the framework fulfil the Commission’s commitment to:

  • Inform stakeholders about our role and services by strengthening our channels of communication.
  • Consult with stakeholders and actively seek feedback to improve our processes.
  • Participate in improving health service delivery in NSW through effective information sharing, involvement in key working groups, forums and appropriate research.

This framework will guide the development of a set of Customer Engagement Strategies. These strategies will be developed in consultation with key stakeholders including consumer groups, health providers and key health related organisations.

All complaints must be made in writing and we aim to assess complaints within 60 days. Your complaint will be allocated to an assessment officer and we will write to you to explain the outcome of your complaint.
