The Health Care Complaints Commission makes the following interim prohibition order under section 41AA of the Health Care Complaints Act 1993 (Act):
Mr Dharam Gajjar must not, under any circumstances provide, or cause to be provided, any health services, either in paid employment or voluntarily, to any member of the public.
For the purposes of this order 'a health service' carries the same meaning as defined under section 4 of the Act.
The Commission has previously made Interim Prohibition Orders against Mr Gajjar in the terms outlined above for consecutive periods of 8 weeks, first commencing on 27 July 2020. This current order is effective for a further period of 8 weeks from 23 November 2021.
