Mr Julian Osorio Munoz – Dental Services

The Health Care Complaints Commission makes the following prohibition order under section 41A(2)(a) of the Health Care Complaints Act 1993 (Act):
Mr Julian Osorio Munoz is prohibited from providing any dental services and/or dental treatment of any description in a paid or voluntary capacity to any clients for a period of two years.
At the expiry of this two-year period, Mr Munoz must not provide dental services and/ or dental treatment of any description until and unless he is granted registration to practice as a dentist by the Dental Board of Australia.
Mr Julian Osorio Munoz is also prohibited from representing to any person or organisation that he is qualified to provide dental services until and unless he is granted registration to practice as a dentist in Australia.
For the purposes of this order 'a health service' carries the same meaning as defined under section 4 of the Act.
