Mr Lloyd Palmer - Mental Health Worker

The Health Care Complaints Commission makes the following interim prohibition order under section 41AA of the Health Care Complaints Act 1993 (Act):

Mr Lloyd Palmer, a Mental Health Worker, must not, under any circumstances provide, or cause to be provided, any health services, either in paid employment or voluntarily, to any member of the public

For the purposes of this order 'a health service' carries the same meaning as defined under section 4 of the Act.

The Commission has previously made Interim Prohibition Orders against Mr Palmer in the terms outlined above for consecutive periods of 8 weeks, first commencing on 19 August 2021. This current order is effective for a further period of 8 weeks from 23 November 2021.
