The Commission makes the following interim prohibition order under section 41AA of the Health Care Complaints Act 1993:

  • Mr Eluwole must not under any circumstances provide health services, either in paid employment or voluntarily, to any member of the public.

For the purpose of this order, the definition of a 'health service' is defined as per Part 1 Section 4 of the Health Care Complaints Act 1993.

This interim order remains in force from 9 July 2020 for a period of eight weeks.
