Mr Patrick McNally - Life coach/ Therapist / Counsellor - Permanent prohibition order

The Health Care Complaints Commission makes the following prohibition order under section 41A(2) of the Health Care Complaints Act 1993 ('the Act'):
Patrick McNally, a self-styled life coach, is permanently prohibited from:
- Providing, or causing to be provided, any health services to clients for the care or treatment of mental health issues, either in paid employment or voluntarily, to any member of the public.
- From this date onwards, not to use the post nominals PhD.
For the purposes of this order 'a health service' carries the same meaning as defined under section 4 of the Act.
