The Commission’s Enquiry Service handles inquiries from people who are concerned about the quality of the health care provided to them or to a family member or friend. The service also responds to questions from health service providers in relation to complaints. Enquiries are usually made by telephone or email.

Interpreter service People who prefer a language other than English should contact the Commission through the Telephone Interpreter Service (TIS) on 131 450.
